Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 duck breasts
4 half peaches, fresh or canned
4 cloves
2 shallots
1 glass of port wine
1 orange
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Peel the shallots and chop them finely.
Cut peaches into slices.
Cut duck breast into slices too.
Squeeze the orange.
Prepare the foil parcels.
In the center of each foil parcel, put alternatively shallots, duck breast, cloves and peaches.
Cover with port wine and orange juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Tightly close the foil to form «papillotes»
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
