Flapjacks

Ingredients:
100g butter
100g brown sugar
200g porridge oats
2 tbsp. golden syrup



Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Grease a shallow baking tin, 18X28.
In a dip pan, melt butter, sugar and syrup.
Add the oats, stir and spread mixture into the tin.
Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Mark into small squares when slightly cooled.
Cut into squares when completely cool and turn out
